Cardio is one of the best way to melt belly fat.
Doing lots of cardio is the key to melt belly fat. The types of machines to use are the row machine, the treadmill and the spin bike and there are others but these are the ones that I use and it helps me a lot.
I do 40 – 60 minutes of cardio on the treadmill, 20 minutes on the row machine and 10- 15 minutes on the spin bike. I do abs at the gym on the abdominal machine and I set the weights on 10/ 20 pounds. I also do sit-ups on and there are other machines as well that you can use. You can also use body weight as well.
Remember you don’t have to go heavy when using the abdominal machine.
